Study of the Modulation of Spheres
Spectral decomposition of light, machinima of generative, 3D environment
This series represents the convergence of analog and digital media: a wooden box contains an analog lens that deforms computer-generated 3D shapes. The spectral decomposition of light, caused by the lens, affects how the shapes and their modulation are perceived. In these Studies of the Modulation of Forms, the point of view of the observer determines the perception of the artwork.
On the other hand, the movement of the spherical forms echoes the morphological decomposition and recomposition, similar to an animated cubism that allows for the analysis of these forms and all their possible perspectives.
